Build your own clay pelvis at NCOI 2019

Test your skills at being a sculptor, as urogynaecologist Oliver Daly takes you through a hands-on pelvic anatomy workshop.

This pre-conference workshop will take a theoretical and practical approach to learning pelvic anatomy and provide you with an overview of pelvic structures and supports with clinical applications.

After this session, you’ll be able to identify the bony landmarks of the pelvis and upper femur, as well as the obstetric dimensions and clinical correlates. You’ll identify the attachments and build the ligamentous structures, muscle groups, pelvic organs and nerves that comprise the pelvis.

This workshop is being repeated due to its success at last year’s National Conference on Incontinence. You may run into this participant from last year: “Amazing opportunity. I will always enrol in this… until I can make a female pelvis with my eyes closed.”

Join us at the 28th National Conference on Incontinence – the premier Australian meeting for health professionals working in bladder, bowel and pelvic health. It’s taking place 13 – 16 November 2019 at the Pullman Melbourne Albert Park.

Early-bird registrations for the conference are now open.

Workshops are optional extras and are not included in the conference registration fee.
